Email us at info@pethealthlabs.com before returning product to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us.  No returns will be accepted without a RAN. Return the product to us, using any shipping method you want, USPS, UPS or Fedex.  Be sure to get a tracking code from the shipper. When we receive the product back from you we will refund your entire purchase price.
